Francine Sauer

Francine Sauer was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil in 1981. She moved to South Florida in 2000 and to the middle Georgia area in 2001. She graduated College with a degree in Respiratory Therapy in 2004 and finished her Master’s degree in Public Health from Mercer University in 2009.  She worked as a respiratory charge therapist at Atrium Navicent for nearly 14 years and most recently as a Clinical Liaison. She now resides in middle Georgia with her husband Dave and children, Carson and Isabella. 

 

Cameron Collins

Cameron Collins was born in the south Florida area on January 19, 1995. In 2001, the Collins family moved to Macon, Georgia where Cameron grew up. Cameron would attend Tattnall Square Academy in Macon before enrolling at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. He would graduate in 2017 from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a degree in Business Management. After accepting a position on the Corporate Partnerships team with the National Rifle Association in August of 2018, Cameron and his wife Amy moved to the Washington, D.C. area. In August of 2020, Cameron joined his older brother (Colby) and father (Chris) at Corinthian Re which led to an eventual move back to the Macon area in early 2021 where they currently reside.  

Colby Collins

Colby M. Collins, 31, attended Mercer University and received a B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Management in 2012. Colby began his career with BB&T (now Truist) in the Leadership Development Program before joining the Commercial Real Estate Group based in Charleston, SC . While with BB&T he had responsibilities in Business Development and Underwriting for a portfolio of several hundred million dollars. Colby joined McGriff, Seibels, & Williams specializing in Property & Casualty insurance placements with a particular focus on Private Equity transactions. In 2017 he joined Corinthian Re as a Director and has served in that role since. Colby is co-founder and President of the first protected cell captive in the state of Georgia, Osprey Re.

 

Russ Holden

Caddy For A Cure is a dream-turned reality for Russ Holden, program CEO. It was Russ’s touch with Fanconi Anemia in the summer of 1993 that ultimately sparked a passion and the fire to start Caddy For A Cure, developing it into the program that it is today. Holden has been a PGA of America Class A golf professional since 1985 and had the great fortune of being the Head Golf Professional at Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL. During his time at Woodfield, Holden befriended resident and two-time Masters Champion, Bernhard Langer. From this friendship, Russ began working on the PGA TOUR, caddying both full and part-time for the German Hall of Fame golfer from 1991 until 2006. Holden also served as Langer’s PGA TOUR instructor, coaching him to a 4th place finish in the 2004 Masters; a 4th place finish in the Open Championship in 2005 at Andrews; and served as the Caddy Captain of the European team at the 2004 Ryder Cup at Oakland Hills in Michigan.

Stephen “Kup” Kupcha

Steve Kupcha’s journey as a high-level leader, entrepreneur, and philanthropist began in the military as a member of SEAL Team One. He later became a founding member of SEAL Team Seven and he ran the Naval Special Warfare Advanced Training Tactical Communications Course during his 12 years in the Navy. In 2009 Steve stepped away from the military and took the helm of the PGA TOUR’s Military Outreach Program. Under his leadership, the program raised more than twenty-two million dollars and created unique programs for the men and women in uniform through partnerships with senior military leaders to include, but not limited to, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He later joined SAP NS2 and was assigned to manage Business Development for their DoD/Special Operations office. He helped established NS2 Serves, a veterans’ training and placement non-profit, with the company’s CEO Mark Testoni. He presently runs Corporate Partnerships for the NRA, a 150-year-old civil rights organization supporting the Second Amendment. In addition to the NRA, Mr. Kupcha serves on the board of Christian’s Touch.

 

James Boychuk

James Boychuk was born in the California Bay area in 1970.  Raised in Fernley, Nevada, he joined the US Navy right out of Highschool and graduated Basic Underwater Demolition SEAL school in 1990.  After serving 25 years in the Military, James is now the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at SAP NS2 Mission and the President of Arena Training Facility.  He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts Global and now resides in Macon Georgia with his wife and daughter. 

Chuck Mayhue

Chuck Mayhue was born on May 6, 1964 in Florence, South Carolina. His family moved to Gray, Georgia in 1969. He attended Jonesco Academy from kindergarten to graduation. That is where he met Chris Collins. The two quickly became friends. After graduation in 1982, he began working for Montgomery Elevator Company. He worked in Atlanta and Jacksonville. In 1994, he married Michelle which brought him back to Middle Georgia. He opened Middle Georgia Fluid Sealing in 2004. He is also the owner to TMM Properties. Chuck and Michelle have two daughters, Taylor and Mallory. They attend Ingleside Baptist Church. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys watching football, playing golf and spending time with his family.

 

Brady Young

Brady is a principal owner of Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc. and the firm’s President and CEO. He is a founding member of SRS having been with the company since its inception in 1993 and led the management buy-out of SRS to establish the company as an independent entity in August 2002. Brady is responsible for the overall strategic development of SRS. During his time with the firm, he has established SRS in a leadership position in the captive market.

Brady has over 25 years of captive insurance experience and has worked with US and European companies in most industries to assess the need for and optimize the role of their captive insurers. He has been involved in the formation of numerous captives and has provided strategic and operational consulting to many of SRS’s clients.

Prior to joining SRS in 1993, Brady spent eight years with Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. As Principal in the firm, he managed the London, Boston, and Toronto risk management practices and worked on a variety of risk management and captive related assignments for corporations and groups covering a wide spectrum of risks and industries.

Susan Collins

1987- Graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia

1988-1998 - StaffAccountant and Co-Manager Savetax Accounting Fort Lauderdale, FL

1998-Present - Chief Financial Officer and majority stakeholder in the Collins Family Office entities (GA and FL) including but not limited to: Black Talon Capital Partners, Black Talon Energy, Chelsea Worldwide Limited, The Cellars at Betty's Creek, CX5 Capital Corp., Betty's Creek Partners, Beacon Holdings, IAG Holdings, Ltd., Corinthian Re SPC, Coastal Insurance SPC, EOS Re, Provided principle responsibilities of financial performance evaluations, proper corporate governance, regulatory and tax filings
